This Fast Company article is full of useful tips for people who, like myself, find that their productivity and mental clarity tends to pick up in the afternoon and evening. I found their advice to "create a morning to-do list the afternoon before, when you’re energized and focused" particularly useful.

I’ve lived in London pretty much my entire life and yet have somehow never made it to the Hampstead Ladies’ Pond – to be honest, it wasn’t even really on my radar until a few weeks ago, when a friend rhapsodised about it over dinner.
