Our energy levels and productivity tend to fluctuate throughout the day, so it makes sense (where possible) to adapt your working habits and routine accordingly. This Fast Company article is full of useful tips for people who, like myself, find that their productivity and mental clarity tends to pick up in the afternoon and evening. I found their advice to "create a morning to-do list the afternoon before, when you’re energized and focused" particularly useful.

KENWOOD LADIES’ POND – HAMPSTEAD HEATH

I’ve lived in London pretty much my entire life and yet have somehow never made it to the Hampstead Ladies’ Pond – to be honest, it wasn’t even really on my radar until a few weeks ago, when a friend rhapsodised about it over dinner. The word ‘paradise’ was thrown about with giddy abandon, and combined with reading this article in the ES Magazine a few days ago, I’m now desperate to squeeze in a visit before summer’s over.
