Practical skills and professional development

We’re pleased to be able to offer a range of professional development workshops, covering topics from personal branding and public speaking through to the art of selling in ideas.

Our workshops are a brilliant way of injecting fresh ideas into company away days and employee networks, and we’re happy to develop bespoke workshops upon request.

The key focus of all Women Who workshops is leaving participants with tangible takeaways that can be put into practice long after our session is over. Past clients run the gamut from major media companies to boutique financial services firms, and we’ve hosted workshops everywhere from the Tate Modern to ITV.

Whether you’re a team of 7 or 70, we can tailor a session to suit your needs. Drop us a line to find out more.

The workshop was inspiring, thought-provoking, and helped the room think beyond the conversations they’d had with their managers – or even themselves. It was also well-planned and had some key takeaways for everyone to work on afterwards (which so many workshops lack!).

I’d highly recommend Women Who, and hope to work with them again.

Otegha facilitated a workshop specifically tailored for 16-25 year olds, and I couldn’t recommend it enough. She was a brilliant, engaging and down-to-earth facilitator and we had overwhelmingly positive feedback from participants, who each left with practical steps to take in the next week, month and year towards their dream career.
